The service
ClipForge Studio analyzes long-form videos and produces short vertical clips with captions and metadata. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time.
Your content and responsibility
You may only process videos that you have the right to use — your own content, content you have permission to clip, or content whose license permits it. You are solely responsible for what you create with ClipForge and where you publish it, including compliance with the policies of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. ClipForge does not grant you any rights to third-party content.
Credits and payments
Free daily credits are provided at our discretion and may change. Purchased credits are tied to your account (or device, if not signed in), do not expire daily, and are non-transferable. Refunds for purchased credits are handled case-by-case — contact us. We may refuse service or revoke credits in cases of abuse, automation, or fraud.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipForge and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost content, lost revenue, or platform actions taken against your accounts.
